Cancellation Policy
Plain and simple, I require at least a full 24 hours in order to process a cancellation without you incurring the full price of the Treatment.
Please take a minute to understand the rational here:
When you book an appointment with me, that time is reserved for YOU – and YOU ALONE. I never double book. And, it goes without saying, that I unfailingly will be ready for you when you arrive.
In return, I simply (and respectfully) ask that you keep your promise to me and show up for your appointment on time.
Please understand that missed appointments prevent me from providing Registered Massage Therapy to other people who are in need of the treatment.
So, my policy is simple. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment as booked.
This allows the opportunity for me to attempt to offer the appointment time to another client – this is, of course, highly dependent upon this time slot being convenient for that person – IF, I am able to contact them at all. Please, respect my professional time – just as I respect yours.
To you it might seem an insignificant missed appointment, but it’s like you going to work and unexpectedly not being paid for a quarter of your work day.
Please note, you are more than welcome to substitute in a family member or friend, if at the last minute you realize you cannot attend.
So, to reiterate, if you are unable to provide 24 hour advance notice, we will not be able to fill your time slot and you will be charged the full amount. This amount will be applied to your next appointment and must be paid in full. Thank you, in advance, for your understanding.
Late Policy
This is also a straight forward and upfront Policy. If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment, you will receive the remainder of your appointment time. You will be charged full price for your appointment.
Missed/No Show Appointments
Anyone who forgets (or neglects) their appointment will be considered a “no show'”. The full fee will be charged and must be paid before receiving any further treatments. Again, thank you, in advance for your ongoing understanding and consideration.
